This module covers the symptoms and complications of C. difficile infection, how the infection is transmitted, the risk factors associated with getting the infection and its treatment and prevention.

This module aims to provide you with an introduction to Antimicrobial Stewardship (AMS) with a focus on AMS principles. This module was co-developed with a practicing pharmacist, Dr Stephen Hughes, bringing together clinical insights and current evidence and guidelines and the realities of day-to-day decision making.
